Pure Strength is a 10 week Training Program designed to get you strong AS FUCK, focusing on our primary movements & minimal equipment.
With progressive overload we will continually be aiming to get stronger throughout the program with a good variation of exercise and energy system development throughout.
FUNCTIONAL SERIES
The Function Series is an 8 week training program designed to increase strength using compound movements, muscle gain with functional movement patterns, utilizing supersets and high volume, along with building the cardiovascular system.
